Properly matching your secondary clutch to your power output is critical for getting the most out of any tune. Our secondary helix and spring are designed to keep your primary clutch loaded correctly and your CVT operating in the ideal power band throughout the RPM range.

When power increases without a corresponding clutch update, the secondary can shift too early or too late, causing the primary clutch to lose proper engagement and belt loading. This leads to inconsistent power delivery, excess heat, and unnecessary belt wear. Our secondary helix and spring combination is calibrated to correct this, keeping tension where it needs to be so your primary stays loaded, your shift points stay consistent, and your power gets to the ground the way it's supposed to.
