Shipping policy

At LaRue Performance, we understand that shipping delays, damages, or lost packages can be fustrating. That's why we offer optional shipping insurance to give you peace of mind with every order. 

What Is Covered?

If you choose to add shipping insurance at checkout, your order will be protected against:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages (with valid proof)

  • Damaged items during transit

Shipping insurance is only valid if selected at checkout. Coverage is based on the shipping provider's final delivery status and the evidence provided.

Coverage Timeframe

You must report issues within:

  • 7 days of marked delivery for stolen packages

  • 7 days of expected delivery for lost packages

  • 48 hours after receiving damaged items

Late claims may not be honored.


How to File a Claim

To file a claim, email info@larueperformance.com with:

  1. Order number

  2. Description of the issue

  3. Photo evidence (for damaged or stolen goods)

  4. Any tracking info or delivery confirmation screenshots

Our team will investigate and get back to you as soon as possible. 


What’s Not Covered

Shipping insurance does not cover:

  • Delays caused by customs or carrier issues

  • Incorrect address was entered by the customer

  • Items marked "delivered" with no supporting theft evidence

  • Orders not insured at checkout


Refunds or Replacements

Once your claim is approved, we will:

  • Replace the item(s), or

  • Issue a refund, depending on item availability


Note

Our shipping insurance is powered by InsureShield Shipping Insurance. It is non-refundable once the order is shipped.
